Binder Builder is a web workspace for creating trading card binder layouts, browsing shared binders, and moving through TCG tools from one place.
Project status
Pokemon is the current live hub. Other TCG hubs may appear later as their toolsets are properly defined.
Community content
Shared binders and uploads are user-generated. If you uploaded content, you are responsible for what you publish and can remove it from your account if needed.
Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content. We may remove uploads or shared content without notice, restrict or close accounts involved in misuse, and preserve relevant account, upload, or technical records where needed for safety, security, or legal reasons.
Content that appears to be illegal or to create a serious safety risk will be removed where we are able to do so and may be reported to relevant platforms, regulators, or law enforcement.
Privacy Policy
Google user data we access
If you choose to sign in or sign up with Google, Binder Builder receives the basic Google account information needed for authentication. This may include your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status, and basic profile details such as your name or profile image if Google provides them through the sign-in process.
How we use Google user data
We use Google sign-in data only to authenticate you, create and manage your Binder Builder account, keep you signed in securely, and connect your account to saved binders or other account features you choose to use. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data.
Newsletter consent
When you create a Binder Builder account, we use your email address to subscribe you to Binder Builder email updates and record that consent. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.
Data sharing
Google sign-in and account data is processed by Supabase, our authentication and database provider, so your account can be created and maintained. When you create an account or subscribe to the newsletter, your email address may also be shared with our email newsletter provider so they can send Binder Builder updates. We may use hosting, storage, and analytics providers to operate and improve the site, but we do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Storage and protection
Account data is stored with Supabase and protected using access controls, row-level security where appropriate, server-side environment variables, and HTTPS in transit. Access to production systems is limited to those needed to operate and support Binder Builder.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data for as long as your Binder Builder account is active or as long as needed to operate the service, resolve support requests, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse. You can request account deletion, deletion of personal data, or removal from the newsletter by emailing team@binder-builder.co.uk. We will delete or anonymise account data where we are able to do so, subject to legitimate operational, security, or legal requirements.
